libcryptui-dev software package provides UI library for OpenPGP prompts (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcryptui-dev
libcryptui-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcryptui-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcryptui-dev *
You will get with libcryptui-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
